Use Your Voice to Strengthen Support for Children

Advocacy helps ensure children and families have access to the services and protections they need.

Contact Your Pennsylvania Senators

PennCAC urges the Pennsylvania Senate to pass H.B. 2443 and boost funding for the services children receive at Children’s Advocacy Centers.

This legislation would:
  • Create a Child Victim Recovery Fund paid for by fees assessed on convicted child sexual abuse offenders
  • Generate an estimated $3.25 million annually to support child victim services provided by CACs
  • Facilitate healing for thousands of Pennsylvania children
